Built tough in Texas, the Texas Tough Customs A-Arm Suspension Kit is the best suspension upgrade available for the Honda Pioneer 1000, 1000-5, and 1000-6 (all model years). Choose the configuration that fits your build — from a stock-height kit all the way up to a full 6" setup — and get more tire clearance, a longer wheelbase, and a dramatically improved ride without cutting corners on materials or engineering.

Available in three configurations:

Stock Height A-Arm Kit (No Lift): This kit maintains stock ride height while using your stock axles, and pushes the front wheels forward 3.5" and the rear wheels back 2.5", adding 6" of extra wheelbase over stock. The repositioned wheels allow you to run up to 30" tires (some 32s) with zero rub. It's a great standalone suspension upgrade for riders who want improved geometry and bigger tire fitment without adding height, and it's also the ideal foundation for portal gear lift builds since your lift comes from the portals rather than the arms.

• 5+2 offset not recommended without 1" spacers
• 4+3, or 0mm offset is recommended

3" Lift A-Arm Kit: Adds 3" of ground clearance while maintaining stock width and using stock axles. The front wheels move forward 3.5" and the rear wheels back 2.5", delivering 6" of extra wheelbase over stock. Fits at least 32" tires with zero rub on all Pioneer 1000 models. Sway bar must be removed.

6" Long Travel Kit: The most capable suspension build available for the Pioneer 1000. This kit adds 5" of width to each side, moves the front wheels forward 4.5" and the rear wheels back 3.5" for 8" of extra wheelbase, and delivers approximately 4.75" of lift using stock shocks. Front wheel travel increases by 44% and rear wheel travel by 57% over stock — the result is an unbelievable ride quality with serious stability and articulation. Upgrade to aftermarket shocks for even better performance and adjustability. Note: extended axles are required but not included. LE, SE, Forest, and Trail models require custom axles from Cobra Axles. If running portals with the 6" kit, adjustable shocks are required unless you have a 2022+ model.

Optional upgrades:

• 2-Bolt Design Front Upper Arms — for extreme builds or machines experiencing stress on upper frame tabs. Converts from the stock 10mm bolt to two 12mm bolts at the frame, dramatically reducing the risk of tab damage. Requires welding two additional tabs per side. Not available for 2022+ model years.
• Keller Mega Ball Joints — premium ball joint upgrade for extreme builds.

Important notes:

• Bracket lifts cannot be used with the 3" and 6" suspension kit
