Gear Reduction Size Recommendations:

20% - Ideal for 26-27" tires
40% - Ideal for 28-29" tires
60% - Ideal for 29-31" tires

Notes:

• 20% & 40% - requires clearance mods to the upper kick-stopper plate area along with gear indicator cup delete and neutral wire mod. New stiffer clutch springs recommended.
• 60% - requires clearance mods to the upper kick-stopper plate area along with gear indicator cup delete and neutral wire mod. New stiffer clutch springs required.
• Does not come with clutch pack/plates. We recommend replacing the clutch steels and fibers if unsure of age of the current ones or if they have a hard or slick (glazed) surface.
• PLEASE VERIFY YOUR FITMENT/REDUCTION SIZE PRIOR TO ORDERING AS THERE IS A 15% CANCELLATION FEE.
