Shipping & Return Policy


Shipping

  • Free shipping applies to the lower 48 contiguous US States only (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
  • All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS within 1–4 business days of order receipt, unless otherwise noted on the product page beside Availability or listed in the Notes. If all items are in stock, we do our best to ship your order the same day it is placed if it's not too late in the day.
  • Occasionally, items may be on backorder. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly by email or phone. If we are unable to reach you, a full refund will automatically be issued for any item that cannot be delivered.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • We only ship to the lower 48 contiguous US States.
  • If you would like to expedite your order, please contact us for a shipping quote.
  • Extreme Snorkels is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Tracking Numbers

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to show movement in the carrier's system.
  • Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days, but may take up to 7–10 business days in some cases.
  • Please note that a tracking number may be emailed before the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) has physically picked up or scanned the package. If your tracking number shows no data for up to 1 full business day after receiving it, do not be alarmed.
  • If your order contains multiple items that have not yet all been shipped, you will receive a separate confirmation email for each shipment.
  • Some items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer — do not be concerned if items in your order arrive in separate packages.

Returns

  • To initiate a return, please call us at (252) 230-4597 or email sales@extremesnorkels.com to receive a return authorization before sending anything back.
  • Most new, unopened, and uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20–30% restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you ordered the wrong item or no longer need the product, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, if your order originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your refund to appear after you drop off your return. This includes transit time (1–10 business days), processing time (1–5 business days), and bank processing time (5–10 business days). In most cases, refunds are issued faster than this.
  • ⚠️ All tire sales are final unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
  • ⚠️ All snorkel kit sales are final — returns will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following terms carefully.

How to Cancel: Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order has shipped. To cancel, please call us at (252) 230-4597 or email sales@extremesnorkels.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Non-Refundable 4% Processing Fee: All orders are subject to a non-refundable 4% payment processing fee. This fee is charged at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered regardless of cancellation, as payment processing costs are incurred immediately and are non-reversible.

Example: On a $250.00 order, a $10.00 processing fee will be retained. The remaining $240.00 will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline: Approved cancellation refunds (minus the 4% processing fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Orders Already Shipped: Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please refer to the Returns section above for available options.


Pricing Errors

If you notice a price that appears significantly lower than normal (for example, a $500 item showing for $5 in your cart), please contact us before completing your purchase. Pricing errors occasionally occur due to system glitches or data entry mistakes. If an order is placed at an incorrect price and slips through our system, we will contact you promptly to resolve the issue.
