Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship? Most orders ship within 1–2 business days via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, unless otherwise noted on the Product Page beside Availability or in the order Notes. Transit times vary by shipping location, but most orders are delivered within 1–4 business days of shipment. We ship from multiple locations to help reduce transit times. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you by email or phone. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Can you send me a tracking number? Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order has shipped. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

I don't see a snorkel kit for my machine listed on your website. Do you have one available? We are always adding new snorkel kits! If you don't see one listed for your machine, please use the contact form below, and we'll look into it for you.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following terms.

Cancellation Requests: Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. To request a cancellation, contact us by phone or by completing the form below, including your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Non-Refundable 4% Processing Fee: All orders are subject to a non-refundable 4% payment processing fee. This fee is incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered, regardless of cancellation.

Example: If your order total is $250.00, a $10.00 processing fee will be retained, and the remaining $240.00 will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline: Refunds (minus the 4% processing fee) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Orders Already Shipped: Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Terms & Policies page for return options.
