Gear Reduction Size Recommendations:

Light Mud Tires: (Example: Aztex, OG Outlaw 1, Zilla) 

• 28-30" - 20% reduction
• 31-32" - 40% reduction
• 33-34" - 60% reduction
• 35"+ - 80% reduction

Heavy Mud Tires: (Example: Assassinator, Outlaw2, Black Mamba) 

• 28-30" - 40% reduction
• 31-32" - 60% reduction
• 33"+ - 80% reduction

Notes:

• 20% - No cutting/grinding required. New stiffer stage 1 clutch springs recommended.
• 40% - 2005-2011 models require some case cutting. No cutting/grinding required on 2012+ models. New stiffer stage 1 clutch springs required.
• 60% - 2005-2011 models require some case cutting. No cutting/grinding required on 2012+ models. New stiffer stage 2 clutch springs required.
• 80% (actual 83%) - Does not fit 2005-2011 models. Requires extra case clearance/cutting around the clutch basket. New stiffer stage 2 clutch springs required.
• ES Modules - You will need to add the ES Module to prevent electronic shift issues.
  
• Master Install Kit - The master kit is for the do-it-yourselfer and includes ALL the recommended extra parts. Includes stiffer stage 1 or stage 2 clutch springs(depending on reduction size), front output shaft seal, gasket maker and centrifugal clutch puller.
• Does not come with clutch pack/plates. We recommend replacing the clutch steels and fibers if unsure of age of the current ones or if they have a hard or slick (glazed) surface.
• PLEASE VERIFY YOUR FITMENT/REDUCTION SIZE PRIOR TO ORDERING AS THERE IS A 15% CANCELLATION FEE.
