Prices:

  • Please contact us via phone or email if you see a price that is significantly lower than retail (Example: A $500 item showing up for $5 in your shopping cart).  Sometimes glitches happen within our system or a price is entered incorrectly by us.  If your order happens to slip through our system with an incorrect price, we will contact you in a timely manner and state the issue.   

 


Shipping:

  • All orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS, or USPS within 1-4 "business" days after your order has been received.  If all items are in stock we try our best to ship your order the same day it's placed.  Occasionally, some items are unavailable and may be backordered.  In this event, we will contact you in a timely manner.  If we cannot contact you, we will automatically refund you for the full amount on any item that cannot be delivered.  Please keep in mind that we DO NOT ship to P.O. Box addresses.

 

  • Shipping charges are normally calculated at checkout, unless them product page states "Free Shipping".  Free shipping only applies to the lower US 48 States (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii) 

 

  • If any additional charges are required, we will contact you for your approval.

 

If you would like a product shipped out of the United States, please call or send email to sales@extremesnorkels.com. 



Tracking Numbers:

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to show movement.

 

  • Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days but can take up to 7-10 business days.

 

  • Please keep in mind that we may send a tracking number before the shipping carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) retrieves the package or enters the tracking number into their system. Do no be alarmed if the tracking number you receive does not show any data for up to 1 full business day from the time you receive this e-mail.

 

  • If there are other items in your order that have not yet shipped, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as they do.

 

  • Some items are drop shipped directly from the Manufacturer, so do not be concerned if items in your order arrive in separate packages.

 

 

 

Returns:

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

 

  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

All snorkel kit sales are final and returns will not be accepted!

  • At ExtremeSnorkels.com, your privacy is a top priority!  Our only goal in collecting personal information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while using our services.

 

  • When you shop on our website, we collect personal information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment types.

 

  • We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.  We use customer information we collect only for the purposes of filling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of their order status, sending promotional information (only if requested), enhancing the operation of our site, for statistical purposes and to administer our systems. Our computer system protects personal information using advanced firewall technology. We will not provide, rent, or make available in any way, customer information to any party outside of Extreme Snorkels. Customer order information, credit card information and phone numbers are used to process the orders only.

  • We guarantee that you will be able to use your credit card securely while shopping at ExtremeSnorkels.com.  On our website we use the latest browser encryption technologies, which provides the highest level of security currently available and insures secure transactions. All important and private financial & personal information is encrypted before it is transmitted to us. Encrypted personal information can not be read or recorded as it is being transmitted over the internet.
