Honda Rancher 420 Extreme Snorkels Kit
Product Description
You have come to the right place if you are looking to get your Honda Rancher 420 sealed up and protected against deep mud and water. We like to call snorkel kits "cheap insurance" since we all know getting an engine rebuilt from mud and water damage is not easy on the wallet.
A professional ATV mechanic is HIGHLY recommended to install our kits to prevent mistakes that could lead to very expensive damages! Also be advised that most dealerships void warranties if a snorkel is installed, so please contact them before purchasing a kit.
Product Features:
- Pre-assembled 1.5" ABS Fittings & Pipe (Black)
- Vent Line (Very flexible and does not swell or get stiff/hard in cold conditions)
- Barbed Fittings (Used for extending factory vent lines)
- Rubber Couplings with Clamps (For easy installation & removal)
- Threaded Couplings (For easy installation & removal)
- Heat Wrap (Prevents engine heat from melting snorkel)
- Dielectric Grease (Keeps moisture, mud, & water out of electrical components)
- Detailed Instructions with Pictures
- ABS Cement
- Zip Ties
- Extreme Snorkels Sticker
Notes:
Two holes will need to be drilled through your front fender for the snorkel risers. Also, the snorkel risers can be run vertical instead of slanted by switching the elbow locations during installation!

Well I bought this Snorkel for my wife's 4wheeler bc she always finds the holes with water/mud . She loves it , it was easy to install & she said it makes her 420 look Mean .. Lol gotta love a woman who loves mud & isn't scared to get muddy ..

It was easy to install and looks awesome on my rancher 420! Only thing I had to buy was a hole saw, but no biggie. I recommend this kit if you want to go through deep mud! Thanks Extreme Snorkels!

Took about 1 1/2 hrs to install. Four wheeler died every time I put it in water before I installed the snorkel. Tested out after and went through about 5 ft of water about 30 ft long and never died works great

Good directions. Fitted the pieces and marked them. Got it all installed in a few hours. I put extra RVT gasket on the inlet/outlet tubes in the air box. With the added K&N filter I have at least 10 extra horsepower.
The snorkel works GREAT!!!

Got the kit in 2 days, was a little concerned about the ease of installing it myself seeing my lack of mechanical experience. However with the detailed instructions that came with the kit it was super simple. Tried it out the next weekend and it worked great. Definately recommend this product.

Product is great, ordered this along with the your Radiator Kit. Looks great, makes my Rancher look twice its size now. I had our Honda Dealer install everything, This was their first Rancher with a Snorkel and Radiator kit. They had to take a picture to show what they can do. I tried the upgrade out when the creek flooded out and performed great. Great buy for the money.
